Refundable returns and product replacement policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds as it is handmade knitwear made to order and each knitted piece is unique specifically for the customer. Our artisans are experienced women. A lot of love, attention and effort has been put into each stitch. Our fashion philosophy relies on sustainability principles through viewing clothes as: unique, quality pieces that can last for decades and will be loved for generations.

If the piece you ordered does not suit you in any way, you can always give it as a gift, keeping in mind that you have a small piece of art, on which one of the knitters from our team worked hard for days or weeks. We appeal to our customers to appreciate these important facts before they decide to buy any of Nicky Dupont’s handmade pieces and think of returning it. You can always replace your product with another Nicky Dupont product or on returning your item, you will receive the 50% deposit if you really insist on returning your order.
